The service
Trojan Privacy AG provides encrypted network access. You may use it on the number of devices your plan allows.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack others, send spam, or break the law where you live. We cannot see what you do, but we will terminate accounts reported for abuse with credible evidence.
Payment and refunds
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Any plan may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase.
Availability
We target 99.9 percent uptime and publish real figures on the servers page. No service is perfect; we do not promise otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
