How to read this
A warrant canary is a statement that something has not happened. Law can forbid us from telling you about a secret order, but it cannot easily compel us to lie and renew a statement that is no longer true.
Verify it
Check the PGP signature against key 0xC0FFEE42, published on our GitHub and on keys.openpgp.org. The Bitcoin block hash proves the statement was written after that block was mined.
If it stops
If this page is not renewed within seven days of the first of the month, treat the service as compromised and assume we were prevented from speaking.
